What exactly do I receive?

How should I use the products?

How long does one set last?
It depends on how much you use. The jar holds 60 patches; the serum and ampoule are 30 ml each and the cream is 50 ml.
What skin types is it for?
These are cosmetic products. The spicule serum contains micro-sized spicules; if the texture feels uncomfortable, or your skin is broken or irritated, do not use it. As with any new skincare, patch test on your inner forearm 24 hours before first use and stop if irritation occurs. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If you have a known sensitivity, check the ingredient list printed on each product first.
When will I notice a difference?

Can I use it with my existing routine?

How long does U.S. delivery take?
Free tracked shipping to U.S. addresses. Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days, then tracked transit typically takes 7–11 business days — approximately 8–14 business days in total. Estimates, not guarantees. Tracking is provided by email.
What is the return policy?
KLINIQ Purchase Protection. Because skincare is hygiene-sensitive and this set is fulfilled through our international logistics partner, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
